Subsidiaries
Pursuant to the proposed listing exercise, the "GPRO Technologies Group" (GPRO) will be the holding company for NPT and shall take over the corporate affairs and R&D activities of NPT. NPT will remain as the marketing, sales and services arm for GPRO. Two regional bases, one in HangZhou China and the other in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam, will be the regional headquarters for business development and product services.
